Pay Only After A Successful Rental Agreement

Our payment mechanism is designed to offer our customers a peace of mind. 

• Renters have absolute control over their renting decisions -
  renters reserve their desired items by making their payment to Rent Tycoons. 
• Rent Tycoons releases payment only when renters have confirmed to proceed with renting. 
• Refunds will be processed if the rental agreement was called off between owner and renter.
• Owners claim their rental income from Rent Tycoons only after a successful rental agreement.
• Rent Tycoons claims a small amount of fee from owners only on successful transactions.
