• Animals and wildlife products – examples include live animals, mounted specimens, and ivory
• Artifacts
• Cell phone (wireless) service contracts
• Charity or fund raising listings
• Consumable goods – examples include coupons, cosmetics, event tickets, gas, and gift cards.
• Cosmetics, used
• Counterfeit currency and stamps
• Currency, selling
• DVD - Movies (Section 6 of Films Act) - NEW, added in Oct 2011
• Drug paraphernalia (equipment for making, using, or concealing drugs)
• Healthcare items
• Government documents, IDs, and licenses
• Government, transit, and shipping-related items – examples include airplane operations manuals, and Singapore civil servant uniforms
• Hazardous materials – examples include batteries, fireworks, and freon
• Human parts and remains
• Items encouraging illegal activity – examples include an eBook describing how to create methamphetamine, TV de-scramblers, radar scanners, and surveillance equipment
• Lock picking devices or services
• Mailing lists and personal information
• Medical devices – examples include contact lenses, pacemakers, and surgical instruments
• Military items (see also firearms, weapons, and knives)
• Multi-level marketing, pyramid, and matrix programs
• Offensive or illegal materials – examples include ethnically or racially offensive material or child pornography
• Police-related items
• Postage meters
• Prescription drugs
• Prohibited or illegal services - examples include prostitution and unlicensed brokerage or legal services
• Stocks and other securities
• Stolen property and property with removed serial numbers
